The Photo Album

I've began a new project documenting the contents of this bundle of photographs and producing work from the images I take.

Art Archiving

this is how I used to photograph my artwork - not much has changed as this is still the best way for shinny or larger works

I Miss Printing

There's a few different things going on in this photomontage:
Poster prints, a healthy stack of A4 prints, zine pages, printed envelopes, fabric printing and printed postcards!

CMYK

Last year I developed CMYK printing skills at studios in Liverpool and Salford.
I worked with a photograph I took at a Voidz gig and created 4 different layers to print in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. These are the four basic colours used to blend and make an image. It took while to get used to creating the digital negatives but this is certainly a rewarding process

Book Making

This is the bones of the first hardback book I made this time last year. Since then I've made books in a similar way but chosen to keep the spine exposed as I love the stitching and the uniqueness to the overall look.
First photos are the process of making a hardback book and the second is my perfectly imperfect take on a handmade book.... this has probably been spotted in meetings ðŸ™ƒ
