my statment

Working around modern society and throwaway culture, my work visually explores these commercial issues through collage. I originally used discarded magazines as a starting point, until recently sourcing material from a wider variety of means. I have previously worked with found objects that have inspired me to create photomontages as a new medium. Overall I depict the original images to remerge as a playful view and conception of todays’ consumerism.
